Jericho and Punk would put on the better match. I want to see both, but I have to choose. While HHH/Taker happening for a 3rd time would be a bit annoying, I know the match will be very good and the story this time could be better.

I personally wouldn't mind Jericho/Taker. Especially now that Jericho didn't win the Rumble, i immediately went back to the promo where he mentioned "the end of the world" and I thought of Taker's streak. Though a Punk/Jericho match if booked right, could be potentially a 5 star match.

As excited as I am for Rock/Cena, I still think in some ways the WWE should have gone with Cena/Taker. The suspense of that match up alone surpasses Rock/Cena in my humble opinion. It would have been very legit to say that going into the match, Undertaker's streak would possibly be coming to an end. But, since we live in the real world, if Punk/Jericho means Taker has to wrestle HHH again, then I would vouch for Taker/Jericho all day and would just save Punk/Jericho for Summerslam.

Jericho/punk would most likely be the better wrestling match, and the promos/feud would be better than jericho taker, jericho/taker would still be great , but for the reasons i stated id rather see punk/jericho

Since 2006 when HHH turned face it just feels wired as him being a face. So yeah it be swell if HHH turns heel 1 last time before he packs it in.

I didn't like Undertaker vs Triple H from last year at all. After that I didn't want Undertaker coming back at all, but if he's gonna do this one more time I'd prefer it to be against someone he hasn't already faced at Wrestlemania...twice. Besides I don't know why people are obsessed with Jericho facing Punk anyway.

I agree i would love to see Jericho vs Taker at Mania.. its a dream match that should happen. But if Taker vs Jericho does happen then that means HHH vs Punk will be for the Title or Cena vs Rock for the title. Two match tht i dont want to be for the title. HHH vs Punk dont need a title cuz thats just hhh hoging the spotlight for other talent and Cena vs Rock for the title well thats not good at all cuz it makes the match predictable with cena winning..

I thought the it begins promo would be for a double return leading to this feud.But like most people I realized that Jericho was probably going after Punk. Jericho losing at the rumble leaves the door open for a feud with Taker. After all what would be the best proof that you're the best in the world? Winning the title again or breaking the Undertaker's legendary streak. I don't think Jericho would break it, but I've wanted this match to happen for months before his return.

I like the way you think on this. I REALLY don't want to see Taker v. Triple H again, & I do like the potential of Taker v. Jericho, however, I still like the prospect of Punk v. Jericho just a bit better.

But, sad to say, in typical WWE fashion, they didn't take advantage of a great opportunity. If I had it my way Jericho would have looked UNSTOPPABLE in the Rumble. That's not even saying he needed to win. He's a veteran who can make new guys look like a million bucks, but he can't do that...

As for Taker if Punk took on Jericho: boy, that's a tough one. My original thought back in September was to build Sheamus, however, that didn't exactly happen. I did also like your idea of Bryan going against the Dead Man, but again, that ship has sailed.

This all just makes me depressed about missed chances.

It's probably going to happen. WWE hasn't been 100% on the go with Jericho/Punk, the main talk has been Jericho vs Taker and Triple H vs CM Punk

Personally, I want CM Punk vs. Y2J (WWE Title match). Creative would be stupid to pass up on "I'm the best wrestler in the world" - Punk vs. "I am the best in the world at what I do" - Y2J. Y2J vs. Taker would be nice, but I'd rather Creative go down the path of Y2J/Punk.

As for Taker's opponent @ Mania, let's hope it's Kane. I don't want another HHH/Taker match. A 3rd Taker/Kane match would be better than a 3rd Taker/HHH match.

It wouldn't matter to me at this point because I would be excited for either situation. Although to me it is a shame (if this is Taker's last match) that we never got Cena vs Taker at a WM. If Taker were to to face Y2J I would be a bit more worried about the WWE title picture heading into Mania. Who would take on Punk at WM, HHH (it all depends on what happens if HHH fires Johnny Ace I guess)?
