=D muy buen cover tengo una pregunta mmmm respecto al agarre correcto de las baquetas es q he leido he visto videoclases y no se ponen de acuerdo si la la mano va hacia abajo o a un lado ??? es una estupidez pero es importante mmm y como prevenir el tunel carpiano

Hola @LAURACARVAJAL la verdad cuando hago bases tengo las baquetas en pinza con las manos hacia un lado y algunas veces cuando hago feels las pongo hacia abajo... lo importante es tener los músculos relajados y ayudarte con los 3 dedos restantes y no forzar la muñeca. Con respecto al túnel carpiano no he escuchado ese problema en bateristas, lo que si te recomiendo es hacer un debido calentamiento y estiramiento antes de tocar y así evitar tendonitis, saludos y gracias por ver mis videos.
