It makes sense to me that they put the camera on the Nano before the touch. Because the main market of the Nano seems to be the people who would need a very tiny camcorder at random moments. The iPod touch market is more of a "mobile gaming in your palm, that also has an iPod built in that most people prefer to ignore".

Wrong, they didnt do that so Apple can now get more money with the non-camera Touch, and when they come out with a camera on the next Touch (I'm willing to bet on that) people will ditch their touches and buy the new one cuz it has a camera

God are you even listening to yourself, the ipod is NOT 3mp moron, it is 0.3mp note the resolution for video on the apple website, 640x480, and when u multiply that, what does that equal? 307,200 pixels MEANING 0.3MP not even 1MP thats just sad...please get ALL your facts straight when you attempt to sound smart (you know what? the average mp for a phone is 2mp. 3mp is not "REALLY" good for a phone, 5mp is really good, 8mp is excellent, 12mp is the best, and 3mp is above average. you quote from one of your previous comments means that u think the ipod has 3mp camera, admit it.

there is no way the nano has a 0.3 mp camcorder. It would be absolutely awful quality if it did. I think you got it wrong. mega is x10 to the power of six which would mean that this camera having 307,200 p is 3.07 mega pixels...
