Philadelphia literally is the City of Brotherly Love. I was raised in the Midwest, went to school in Detroit and now live outside of DC. I've been to Philly three times in the past year. I was enamored with the city the first time I ventured there and it's been a love affair since. I would move there in a heartbeat. From what I've seen of it, Northern Liberties is a great neighborhood; a neighborhood "on the move."
