I just sang into my cheap mic (found it for 50 cents at a garage sale) and stuck it onto the video with the acoustic version of the song XD Pretty good though for not having the best equipment. :)
I have one and really love it,,, just make sure you have the "computer" to edit HD as it is a completly diffrent beast than standard definition,,, a quad core processor and atleast 3-4 gigs or ram does the job nicely.
Ha ha yeah... not sure my computer is going to do the best job. It's a Dell Inspiron B130 ... but it's just going to have to do until I either get published or manage to get enough subscribers to make youtube partner (slim chance) cuz I do not have the money for a new computer :) I would ask my dad for one for college graduation but I think he is going to give me the car I drive so don't want him changing his mind on that :D
