So the paper is moistened with water, then the paint and then the alcohol?

Would this work on walls, too? If you perhaps put the alcohol in a spray bottle so it wouldn't drip down the wall?

@Poorstargazer23 YES! 70% (other %s may work too) and be sure that your paint is still wet, that is key.
