@orgaNICtruth Thank you for the advice, i just got done watching it. Those are some pretty interesting exercises but I can definitely see how they can help runners. The constant movement between upper and lower body seems like it could help and all of the bounding would require supreme glute firing which helps running a lot. I'll have to try that shoulder girdle stuff haha
It sounds like you're running too hard, if that makes any sense. Try to have a lighter step and land more on the forefront of your foot. After your foot is on the ground, ease your heel to the ground.
Try running completely barefoot if you can; your body will coach you into good form, because good form will actually feel better.
I ran my first marathon in my VFFs after only 6 months experience training in them...after nearly 10 years of struggling on runs because of knee problems.
By increasing shoulder girdle movement you will increass stride length and running efficiency.
