My advice is to take that footage into Photoshop and Frame by frame the lighting on your face, It will take a bit but you should look seamless, also apply a bit of a blur to yourself

Awesome work! You look a pinch sharper than they do, and perhaps the light direction could use a little work, but you don't stand out. You look a little bored though :) Film school?
