That is actually a glitch. I stabbed the dog and shot the guy many times and never got it. So if it was a glitch then it is fixed now.

@Vincon12 are you reloading? Keep in mind that you can't reload. I thought that this fucked up for me to but on my 2nd time I realized I reloaded when prompted. If you still can't get it then move to the hole to the left and you should be able to shoot both the dog and the last guy in shot (this is how I got the achievement)

I took about 20 tries to do this on Veteran (missed it on the first playthrough, and was starting a 2nd playthrough on the hardest difficulty). Getting that dog and guy together is really hard, there's only one exact moment you can do it.

it is really hard to kill the dog and guy but if you have good aim you can shoot him in the knee and it will hit dog. also you can get rough encomy if you stay behind and wait for the three guys to line up. if you do this you will die really fucking fast.

You should REALLY wait it out for the guys at 1:05 , wait until the guy on your right moves so that his leg is just in front of the other guys head, then take the shot. Kill the last guy and his dog, both with 1 shot each... easy peasy
