You have good tonal quality. I'm not sure if you're trying to sound like Ella Fiztgerald or not.  If you are, I would recommend you just try to sound like yourself. Nobody can compare to Ella and if you try to immitate her, you open yourself up to unnecessary criticism. By the way, check the pronounciation of the word beguiled.

I'm not sure if you are listening to the recording or not, but if you are not...you've done an excellent job of keeping the tonal center. This is a very good recording except for the noise. Please try turning your mic down, and this may help. I'll be subscribing to your channel so I can hear more of recordings. Your voice is very soothing. (Tough song though) I want to hear more of the story in the song though.  More than notes and words.

Yahwhous either doesn't understand or care what "constructive criticism" means. Constructive criticism is trying to help the person do even better by noting what aspects they can improve.

What you're doing isn't constructive criticism, it serves no other purpose than to show that you're just mean--which I'll bet you already knew, and probably very few other people care to know. Move along, troll.

Anway here is my analysis: Cey's pitch control is poor, her enunciation is fuzzy, her voice lacks the range and tonal color necessary to make it warm and engaging.

She should work with a voice coach to improve (and should be herself rather than impersonating a once-in-a-lifetime talent like Ella Fitzgerald)

I find her voice warm and engaging--but then, these are subjective qualities.

Maybe this really is her own vocal style.

Soft enunciation--I think I can hear what you're describing. Might be due to the singer working in a 2nd language. I don't insist on any particular accent of English--I'm fine with her being herself, rather than impersonating someone else's English. :-)

Bothered, not 'boddered'.

etc.

I think American Idol is making people forget what good singing is. I admire this lady's taste in music, but this is a decent amateur performance, nothing more.

When I play basketball, I make some lucky shots. It doesn't make me Michael Jordan.
