Yes! It's $500 less that the Kawasaki 250r but has 23hp (39-16) less. That's a major problem.

@daedalx not really as in the UK 250cc's are designed to meet 33bhp and under for the A2 restriction licence.

I'm in Indonesia and have the Minerva 150R SE. I'm thinking about getting this bike later since this bike is a combination of Minerva Sachs Germany and Megelli UK.

Actually the Megelli 250r were just launched in Indonesia this June, and will be available for the market on July 09.

The Megelli 250 series are :

250r (Racing) - US$ 2,900,

250s (Street Fighter) - US$ 2,600,

and the 250m (Supermoto) - US$ 2,700.

Hi Plaistowboy - the 250R version is still is develpment and not available in UK/ Europe for a while. I have a red R version while I do my direct access license. How are you planning to deristrict the bike? Matt
