Great shots of the Q area and long shots of the temple. A pre show based on sponser ESSO's products from this time period was being designed but was never utilized. I luv the switching back and forth instead of the looking at someones face video's. Please do more.

i was there a couple of weeks ago (my fifth time there) and when i rode this ride it was going to fast and had to make an emergency stop after the second drop, i knew it was going to fast as i hurt my neck as we were turning the corners, so we had to be evacuated and taken down the steps and behind the scenes, was a pretty cool experience. Even after that experience this ride is too good not to go on so i rode in 8 times in a row the next day! :)

it's a shame that they flipped the track around from being backwards to forwards. I was there in 2003 when I went to the park with a college on a trip and it was backwards. The following year I went back; I was bummed to see it not go backwards, I thought that was the best trick of the ride - going backwards.

Ah yes...a ride that was first built as a cheap crowd puller. It`s not exactly super-popular nowadays (probably becuse of the rough ride and the little hidden location at the far back of the park) but it`s undeniably one of Disneyland Paris more unique attractions.

However, the ride Temple of Peril looks like it is just a wild mouse roller coaster that has a loop in it and goes through a temple ruin on the outside, this ride is short, and hardly themed compared to Temple of the Forbidden Eye.

Originally California's Indy Jeep transporter and the Paris Indy coaster attractions were to be in the same Indy facility in California. We seperated the 2 and added this one in Paris as part of the phase 2 developement. A second one for Paris was looked at but never completed. California got the Original jeep transporter and walkthrough attraction, which is hard to beat for themeing. Tokyo Disney Seas has both the Indy coaster and transport jeep ride attractions in their Lost River Delta

Yea, Eddie Sotto was on the team for that, right? I read an interview somewhere, on how a jungle cruise boat would drop you off at a camp, and you would be lead into a temple, where your guide would be fried, and you would escape using the iconic mine chase escape. (Which, I assume, turned into this.)
