I think he means that since half of the season will most likely be in the alt-verse, he'll not be in those scenes. Unless he suddenly has a double or clone or alternate version of himself (bring in 3 universes?) then we'll only be seeing one Peter. And as awesome as Peter is, he can't be in two places at once. Unlike Olivia and Walter and Astrid and Broyles...
