Bad concept for a movie. The gravity would kill you if you were in the centerof earth. Your would be pulled up, down, left, right and die...

Everything in the movie fail with the physic laws. SuperLuigi92795 had some good points too.

Okay, I have a couple of questions for this movie. #1. There was only like 1 inch of rock before they fell in yet it supported their weight for a couple of seconds. #2. They fell from such a high height the water that they landed in would have felt like concrete. #3. How would they be able to see it would be pitch black since there is no light.

That 2nd question is the one i had stuck in my head... the only way to cushion their fall is to hit the watter but from "100000 feet" That woulda been harder then concrete, but the nerds answer is: the water has been purified by the rocks so its Soft water i.e. no solids/metals in it,
