Just checked out their website that she mentioned.
The "lot of evidence" she points to is one study done by the group itself on 3 heads of wheat that they prove were burnt! And they were found by a bloke that regularly has psychic visions of the circles as they're forming!
So... the stoners that were making the circles sat down for a break and one was playing around with a lighter? Perhaps? Fools.
Hi Richard, I'd love to make a really good crop circle. Can you explain how I can get the crop to bend at the nodes (junctions in the stem) which are the strongest part. I'd like to know how to elongate the stems, and add blow holes. Can you also explain how I can leave background radiation. I await your reply eagerly so that I can amaze my friends.
@inspectorcrud You forgot the magical energy that makes dowsing rods react. However, find me a spot on earth without background radiation and we'll try.
@skepticzonepodcast I think you should forget the dowsing rods and stick to your magical shoes for side stepping the question. Don't assume that I'm either a believer or non-believer. I would just like to know how to re-create a crop circle with the properties mentioned. The radiation should be greater than background radiation and more concentrated in the centre. Hope you can shed some light on this mystery or I'll have to assume you can't help me create a fantastic hoax which baffles everyone.
@inspectorcrud Nice try. Guess you have been reading circle sites or reports from believers who claim all the things you mention. Since you are making those claims too it is up to you to show that they do indeed exist.
@skepticzonepodcast I'm really disapointed in your atitude. If you want your opinion to really count, you should do your own investigation. Contact the most high profile crop formation researches, and ask them for their evidence. So far, anyone reading your posts will see somenone without willing to properly investigate the facts (or if it turns out, lack of). I have seen no scientific approach or reasoning from you, just ego, atittude and a drive to raise your own profile. Do your homework!!!
@inspectorcrud Please provide the evidence of 'aliens' making crop circles, if you really want your opinion to count. You cannot attack a person for disputing something without also producing evidence against them. Until you do, you have no counter argument, just a load of psychotic nonsense.
With the peculiar (to you) notion of evidence in mind, if you'd like to help us to make a crop circle next year before crops are harvested, please let me know.
@Darryld1 Making assumptions are we?? Next time read the entire comment trail before leaving such a juvenile response. You have the power for your own critical thought, so demostrate the process instead of mindlessly regurgitating someone elses words. You could have said circles have improved with better equipment, or blow holes are due to yeast, and bending - phototropism. Show me evidence that you engage your brain next time!!!
@inspectorcrud As usual, complete avoidance of direct questions. I assumed that as you were making a claim, that you would have some proof of this which you would be very willing to share with us.
Once more, where's your evidence to support your assertion that aliens make crop circles?
ps: I'll try to use shorter words next time, just for you.
pps: I'm seriously offering you a chance to come and see a real crop circle being made by humans.
@Darryld1 Take it you didn't read all of the trail. I haven't made any claims of aliens, fairys, green goblins or leprechauns. Also made no claims of evidence, but did make a request for rational answers to counter one by one claims made by believers. All I have received is pesonal attack, heard of "appeal to ridicule" (look it up). Seems as though my last comment went completely over your head. Do a little digging before going off half cocked!!
@Darryld1 Well, 1 of the six elements in the human body is carbon which is believed to originate from stars. So we are extraterrestrial to some degree. If you take a massive step further as does Francis Crick (uncovered the structure of DNA) he supports the theory of panspermia. If this is true that would make us the aliens, and we make crop circles!!
@inspectorcrud bloody hell mate, you have one massive loss of an Occam's razor going on there. Glad we agree that Humans make crop circles, no thanks for the run-around (pun intended). Drop me a line when you're planning to make another and i'll bring my own gear.
@inspectorcrud What is your evidence that these things you state are actually true? Before one must prove that a circle may be re-created with these properties, the onus is on the other to prove that a crop circle exists which does in fact have these properties.
She says that humans dont make the majority of circles (0:42). That means she accepts that we humans can and do make them at least some of the time. That there is an intelligence behind them,
Therefore: the only sane conclusion is that aliens made them?????!!!.(0:57)
This is really hilarious, first she basically says "I think it's supernatural forces, because that what I thnk," then she doesn't answer the question, and it's funny that she doesn't, since she did say she had footage of "supernatural" forces actually making a crop circle. I smell a lie on the horizon.
Janet amazes me. She says a lot and at the same time says nothing. Simply saying something is proven doesn't make it proven.
There is not a shred of credible evidence that crop circles are made by "non-human intelligence". If anyone has any credible evidence of this, I'd like to see it.
I love how Janet pretends to not hear Richard's question. She was clearly buying time to come up with a bullshit response. Richard's question was brilliant! Richard is one of my favorite skeptics!
Oh God. The way Janet's mind works is absolutely repugnant. There is no crop circle mystery. No evidence suggests that they were made by non-human tools or minds. Notice how she never puts out any names of these so-called scientists or studies "proving" what she claims.
Of course you can find messages in crop circles. You can interpret whatever pattern you look at. Geometric shapes contain constants and ratios by definition! Holy crap, what a tosser she is!
It is astonishing. When confronted with hard evidence and pretty much the answer the response is always offence and blatantly false assertions. "You obviously have not done your homework" COME ON! Give it up already.
Questions I'd like to ask a believer: why do aliens only use crop fields as a doodle pad? Surely some nice long grass would work just as well? Wouldn't we find these markings everywhere, not just in crops? Earth has a fair bit of land, and plenty of different surfaces to choose a canvas from.
Good stuff. I notice the "metaphysical" crowd often responds to blatant and obvious refutation of their claims by laughing smugly as though not believing in their far out crackpot theories is the strange position to take up.
It doesn't make them seem right, it makes them seem arrogant.
honestly i think there's more to crop circles than humans... but this bitch has no evidence or any idea what she talks about...

"Non-you-man intelligence" haha
--- AND ---
"And do you mean uhm.. forces or do you mean physically somebody comes here from outer space and lands and creates these?"
Response: "Well that depends on how you define alien..."
What? No one said alien, and she defined her question quite distinctly, you retard. She asked SPECIFICALLY "physically ... from outer space"
Richard, how you keep your temper with these people is beyond me. Thank [whatever] we have you to speak for us.

I have always wanted to make a crop circle, then charge UFO tourists to come and see it.

Which scientific peer-reviewed journal are these scientific proofs that crop circles are made by aliens published in?
