It's about 0.7" thick, so thicker than the iPhone, but NOT thick considering it has a sliding keyboard. It is very pocketable, but if your pants are tight people may notice its outline. Hope that helps. :-)

I am still using it and am more or less satisfied with it, but I am not happy that there hasn't yet been a Rev A update, and the last ROM updte wasn't very helpful. But otherwise, I am still very happy with the Mogul.

Mogul is not a SmartPhone, it's a Pocket PC... WM6 Pro... Smartphones use WM6 Standard are focus on the "phone" aspects, and navigation via keypad. PPC/WM6 is more app/e-mail centric, and focuses on touchscreen navigation.

It turns of the screen. You can turn off the radio by putting it in airplane mode from the screen, or by pressing and holding the red hangup button.

In the US, two major carriers use CDMA and have dedicated a lot of effort to make the coverage and speeds better. I use Sprint, and there is also Verizon. Sprint is rolling out 4G, or WiMax, in the next year or so, which tells me that CDMA coverage is not going anywhere; if anything it will continue to get better.
