on exactly what basis do you choose indiana jones over han solo?
i'm a harrison ford fan myself, and i love both, but i think if indy were up against a fight with han (without weapons) then indy would win, because he's always using hand-to-hand combat (unlike han). if you base it on their sarcasm then han would definitely win. funniness, indy would win. you really need to state why you choose indiana over han.
and how about doing a star wars vs star trek? i'd like to see your take on that.
that was pretty cool, I'd have to agree with Indy, but he is the main character were as Han is a support character to Luke. Indy has a lot more screen time than Han.... but if it came down to Indy vs Han to the death, by the time Indy had said "you wana speak to God? Let's go speak to him together" Han would have already shot him.
Or it could have been that Indiana sees the Millenium Falcon and says, "That belongs in a museum!" Han Solo comes out and says, "Don't get cocky", and shoots indie.
You forgot to talk about Boba Fett and Jabba the Hutt, and how they're on Solo's ass all the time. Indy has no one on him? NOBODY! Although they both are like the coolest guy ever, I say Solo all the way. You're debate sucked anyway!
you guys are chodes, you totally forgot about the millenium falcon. All that other ish you talked about is irrelevant when you factor in the millenium falcon.
Trust me, we considered the Millenium Falcon. In fact, to this day i STILL consider the Millenium Falcon when faced with this choice. But all that other ish somehow managed to get in the way. I feel like a total chode for not sticking to my guns and factoring in the Falcon. Fuck.
Don't forget it is about the human element or the essence of the character. The material things are superficial. I say Indiana all the way. He is pretty independent, takes on missions and has a sense of humour to boot.
AND he inspired Lara Croft....too bad Indy didn't make a small cameo in a Lara Croft movie. That would be funny.
I have the same shirt as Jay. That makes me cool, right?
