  • Mouthy squeaky voiced little cock

  • Clicked on the link, realised it was were I lived and died inside a bit. I fucking hate Bexleyheath.

  • i dont think they where pcso's, and private property is private property. i wouldnt want a bunch of chavs jumping around my fucking garden. these kids need to stop being part of the problem by winding up police and be part of the solution so we can make sure the police are acting within their powers and no further.

  • Should have arrested them for loitering. Loitering IS A CRIME. Move along sirs... Dumb cops.

  • "We havent broke the law" Your in a private property. . . . thats illegal, the police had every right to tell you guys to move + by the sounds of it people phoned them in because you dudes were kickin shit up, in someones property.

  • hold fast dudes.... never mind the bollocks..... plastic's have no powers of arrest....... ALARM.... skateboard freaks??????? the Plod are having a tin bath????

  • Stupid cunt. Its not private property its corporate property. Theres a big difference.

  • CAUSING ALARM AND DISTRESS.... can be created by smiling the wrong way - LOL

  • tresspass is a civil matter and you can only be arrested for a criminal matter

  • If its PRIVATE property and your not allowed to be there.. what about ALL the other people on PRIVATE property??!!

if they ban you they have to ban everyone else, other people go there a lot too

  • lol fake police are so funny, they let it go to there head!! lol

  • kid sounds like a twat

  • loserishh kids

should of just fucked of to another car park

  • Totally unreasonable discrimination!

  • just ignore them if they chase u i think free runners will get away lol

  • You kids have no right. You don't quite understand the "private property" part. It's there for customers only; the people who use the car park and the company can tell you to stay off for trespassing as you're not a customer. I guess I'll come skateboard in your garden without consent - private property so I guess is fine?

  • nice*

  • you could of gone somewhere else? the police seemed pretty nive about it since they've already warned you before.

  • Oh dear i forgot that jumping over walls and things damages the environment drastically. There are some really sad people to report things like this and try to see it as a crime. what happens if these guys are really talented and could make something from it but the so called law stops them :/. If you saw a professional free runner in town doing some amazing things, dont think that they would get banned do you? Where do you think they started ? exactly the same place these guys are. Point proven

  • Kudos to these "little hits" as you all seem to be calling them. Most of the commenters on here are sleepy little sheep who haven't got the first damned clue of where this country is going because they bow to "authority" at every single turn. Good lads. As long as you're not causing any harm, injury or loss just tell these overblown policing trash where to go. They LOVE the power. Don't give them it! And no, to all you freaks commenting on here, I'm not some "chav". Not by a long shot. ;-)

  • For christ sake he sounds like ten and he is arguing with the Police...love to see him argue with any other man, it's just because the kid knows he won't get beaten the crap out of...

  • @TheAustralianArmy First things first, I understand that I sound like a douche, but hey-ho who cares. Secondly, I couldn't care if the bloke was in a uniform or not. So stop being a bloody keyboard warrior and say something productive.

  • @GaZMaN696 Warrior...?? Please meet me somewhere! Oh god that would be funny

  • @TheAustralianArmy ur a fucking ignorant pig urself mate!!! if u think for 1 min that wen u get arrested or remanded in custody tht ur safe and sound ?lol ill tell u right now ur far from correct , ur more likey to get away with getting cheeky to a random man on the street thn the police or the prison screws for tht matter

  • @MrOuppi lol, ignorant - no, pig - no. Your gonna get yourself hurt if you carry on like that ;). Police aren't the corrupt ones, the Prison service I admit needs a lot of work in corruption but trust me in a Police cell you are safe. So don't go around spreading your ignorantly based invalid knowledge about how much you hate the Police because they won't let you break the law...boo hoo, sort out your life mate and stop breaking the law and you won't have problems with the "pigs".

  • @MrOuppi ''getting 'cheeky' to random men on the street'' marks you out as being a massive cunt.

  • This country is great isn't it...little shits who can't stand authority are half the next generation, the other half of the next generation like me, gonna be locking them up or providing statements against there stupid immature behavior :)

  • is this supposed to make u hard? your just thugs who r gonna grow up too be beggars on the street coz u cant get a job coz of your criminal record

  • Typical teenage pikey idiots...

  • @MrJelse not all teenagers r like that you cant say all of them r coz of some random freaks posting their video on yt

  • Sounded pretty reasonable to me, you'd been told numerous times what you were doing to other people and you were quite politely being asked to stop. You just sounds like a belligerent idiot. Find somewhere else to do it, it's not such a big deal - you're just trying to make a moot point for the sake of feeling like a rebel.

  • @exploderizer you cannot call someone an idiot when you clearly said "you were quite politely being asked to stop." They were "asked" to stop, which is a request... not an order. That place doesnt look very "private" to me. I'd say that was corporate property, not private. If it was private then people could walk around naked.

  • Don't argue! You haven't broke the law. Just say "are you detaining me, or am I free to go?" Then, that's it. You don't have to give your name (they don't need it). They ain't allowed to search you without your consent, or you matched the description they are looking for. So looks like you are free to leave without arrest or fine.

  • "wasting more time and money" ... hmm you just contradicted the whole point of this video. If you just pissed off in the first place, wouldn't have that problem now would we?

  • Bring back proper discipline. I'm only 19 and I'm the person I am because my parents were allowed to use proper discipline when I acted in an unacceptable manner.

  • you are just a shit rubbish boys.... how will u end up? arguing with Cops. what for? dont waste your life

  • Kids, think they know everything!

  • Cops are useless, catch a fucking real criminal.

  • Well done lads!

  • dis aint arguing u susspose 2 be acting hard or somtin

  • chavvy little shits

  • Whats the big deal?Just a few young lads enjoying themselves.Where is the harm, loss ot injury?

  • You were on private property,

you were told to get off by the police,

Just get off you little shits,

Also good luck making a life from free running.

  • @ProperMuzik no your mom nicki raped me but i wouldn't call it rape because i wasn't fighting her off i was just laying back and letting her do the work then you was born then she named you nick the dick

  • omg wee poofs trying to be metal arguing with police for no reason! wits the point. you share a chukle move on then go back later if they ask for details you give the fake ones. simple

  • the fact is that the PCSO claimed they would be arrested for trespass, this is not a criminal offence. trespass is common law and not an offence to arrest unless written authorisation is sought to arrest for the offence. he threatened they would be "nicked" to scare them and failed..........were they doing any harm??? probably not but these days kids can't do anything without being branded criminals or hoodies

  • tkae out your batons and smash them over the heads! Kids today!!!!

  • Why don't those police do what I am paying them their wages for? Catching criminals!

They should be disciplined for lack of productivity like all the rest of us would be if we stood around wasting time at work

  • iiMarleyGB - Ok so even if the kids are on private property it's not like they are causing any harm. Why can't people just let kids be kids and grow up normally. And why do police have to be such power trippy and unreasonable cunts?! No wonder you and I hate them lol

  • @jamesthedude1977 If the members involved in said "Private property" make a complaint against people on their property, It's trespassing. I know its fucked up but the law enjoy seeing normal kids like these behind bars.

  • i hate that fucking word "nicked" sounds so fucking gay

  • @dtraisin so can a security guard.

  • Sorry sheeple but the kids are in the right. There's no law against being being on a public pavement ;)

  • @jamesthedude1977 According to the community support officer, It's private property, Which is trespassing and is illegal. So they are in the wrong in this instance, Although i regret saying so as i hate the police and everything they stand for.

  • @iiMarleyGB Is trespassing a criminal offence now? Can we be 'nicked' for it now?. It's a civil offence. These kids are a pain in the proverbial privet but again this is evidence of how the police are so stupid they would have the greatest difficulty knowing what day of the week it is. The only act they manage to quote is section 5 of the public order act. I doubt they could even quote the actual wording of the act but seem to think it is OK to enforce it

  • The PCSO was perfectly reasonable and polite. The high pitched gobby shit bags were gobby for the sake of it. The children are in the wrong. Trespassing on private property. Stop whining about your civil liberties and fuck off. Ps in relation to your final rant. Your whole argument is that police cannot stop you filiming. Nothing to do with the fact you are trespassing and in the wrong. Douche!

  • @theno1bigdaddy Trespassing is NOT a criminal offence

  • @eastwoodben1 depends where you go trespassing to be fair

  • I love people arguing with PCSOs, not because I agree with them but because I enjoy the fact that they will one day realise that PCSOs can detain you until police arrive and use reasonable force to ensure you don't flee. No powers?

  • As far as I see it, private property is private property and there are certain laws that the owners have to adhere to. Some of them concerning safety and such. There may have just been a few people there doing some free-running but whats to say that number doesn't increase a few days later and someone causes an accident? Then not only would the person who caused the accident be in trouble, but the owners would be done to a degree for not preventing something like that to occur. Police are right.

  • a kid playin doin no harm david cameron steals hundres of thousands of pounds of taxes doesnt even get a police search police are idiots

  • @james7167 I'm pretty sure if he did, he wouldn't keep it all on him

  • @GaZMaN696 Nice one lads, stand your ground, Common Law is the Key, freeman on the land.

  • @Yanco888 I think the simply thing to remember here is that trespassing is not a criminal offence. I like the idea of the freeman on the land argument but it normally causes the copper to get very infuriated and arrest you under the mental health act

  • @eastwoodben1 Yes I agree LOL, I think another problem is tho, coppers think young people are easy targets and will do as they are told, it helps them to build up their own power egos to maybe becoming powerful coppers. Also something is happening on this earth all around the world, it's a corprute greed & power games, but soon this is all going to change, cos if it don't, we are all in the shit BIG TIME. Let's build for a better future, & respect our youth & all that is :-)

  • ahh, the chav in its natural habitat

  • I don't know why Police (not PCSO's theyre a pointless idea), but actual Police are having a conversation with any of these children.

  • @ch1mpanzeethat like they said- its private property and the people that own it dont want them there! plus the fact that the minute one of these gobby little arseholes injures themselves they'll be looking for compensation from the landowners

  • I dont get why you continue to argue with them saying your not doing anything wrong, you were clearly in the wrong, face the facts and move on, simple enough.

  • @jazarulez what facts?

  • Everyone here telling the kids are in the wrong are stupid, this how some kids outlet there energy, through free running or skateboarding or BMX, they are jumping on a wall for christ sake its hardly damaging the world! they arnt taking drugs or drinking or smashing up cars and stealing things, which the police are there for to deal with. not for some kids outletting there energy and creativity with what there town has given them! TO YOU GUYS KEEP IT UP :D

  • @skatingfreek13 Im not stupid thanks, and I think the guys here are in the wrong. They may not be "taking drugs and smashing up cars" but they are still committing an offence and there is a very real risk of damage to the property.

  • @skatingfreek13 I play drums - when my neighbours complained about it being too loud I stopped and found somewhere else to do it where it wouldn't be disturbing people. I could have carried on if I wanted, but I didn't, and when they complained I didn't beef - it just leads to unnecessary encounters like the one in this video. It doesn't take much for people to just respect others wishes - it's just common decency that doesn't seem to exist anymore.

  • "we haven't broken the law" STFU you nasal voiced backward child. You think you know everything but in reality you know next to nothing. Stop pissing about climbing up walls and grow the fuck up.

  • @Areopagitican

He types, clambering over hills of Doritos with syphilitic. He couldn't remember the last time he exercised: a year, two years, more?

Nevertheless, he worked up a sweat, roughly hitting the all-too-narrow keys on his giant-sized, early learning centre keyboard with his pudgy, sausage-like fingers.

The jealousy, it ate right through him, like he ate through cheese, biting, gnashing, gnawing, through 10 years of bitterness, blubber and bile. He was young, once.

  • sorry lads, but for once the old bill are right on this one

  • @utubeIsForEgoManiacs Your message doesnt really make any sense, the harm theyre doing is potentially damaging property. You can debate that idea all you like but I know, Ive accidently broken benches and rails training and it does happen. Also like it or not some people are threatened by youths and moving them on is nessicary.

  • count yourself lucky guys that could of been the fashion police!

  • these kids are just embarrassing, and GaZMaN696, your voice is the gayest i have heard in a while, suprised you werent chatting the police man up.

  • you were acting like real pathetic kiddies

  • I hope when you lot are in a troublesome situation, and need the police, these cops are the ones sent to you and don't help because according to you, just because they had the training they have no right to tell you what to do. you should grow up guys.

  • These kids are a bunch of idiots

  • They are using the terrorism act as a cloak for tyrrany. just ignore their pathetic'ness guys, maybe they would be better deployed finding criminals than getting involved in shit like this, they are nothing but jumped up bullies.

  • bexleyheath went to school there

  • To be fair you guys were in the wrong here, sometimes you should just accept it and leave. Dont argue with the police. Youre just acting like little shits

  • @CornwallMovement RESPECT

  • @CornwallMovement they are not police they are powerless pcso's you can just walk away and they cannot lay a finger on you, they have absolutely no power over you!!!!

  • @MrBillyt12345 PCSOs or not, theyre right to be asking these guys to leave, its unfair how PCSOs are treated with less courtesy and respect than the police or even members of the public when theyre taking time out to try and improve their communities. Dont be a dick to a PCSO, theyre just people trying to help.

  • @CornwallMovement i agree with you but what you forget is that a lot of the PCSOs think they are the police and talk to the public like crap. at the end of the day we are not YET in a dictatorship and these people have to talk to people with respect. also remember police and all government employess are ultimately paid for by the TAXPAYER and have to treat the people with courtesy and respect if they want it in return to many of them forget this

  • @MrBillyt12345 Ive personally not yet encountered a PCSO so rude that I would call them up on it. The best thing to do in any situation would be to take the high road then and there and follow it up later. As for the UK government, thats why im moving back to Canada after college

  • @CornwallMovement well said!!!

  • Man I have to side with cops on this one, if your on private property you do not have the right to film, this negates all the above in your comments. Also getting done for trespass just because you want to jump around is... come on its a little sad.

  • Police officer was rational and calm, whereas the PCSO was clearly still buzzing he just got accepted into the force and was on a total power trip... even had shades on, thought he was such a boss. Prick!

  • Family breakdown

  • i had some idiots running on the roof of my building last week, but i don't really care as it asbestos and they are the ones who will end up with health issues.

  • @syncmaster710n14 asbestos is not dangerous in solid form only as a dust and crysotile (used for roofs) is about 10% asbestos. your roof will be knackered long before their lungs do

  • @gavwilliams1987 the amount of dust that bellowed out when they ran across it was insane, so i would not be surprised if they were affected quite quickly.

  • @syncmaster710n14 they are just running over it, in the long run isn't it you thats gonna have health problems since its your roof? since it falls down like a dust...

  • @ELFHUNTER50 No, because the inside of the building is sealed with this plastic sheet stuff we had put up.

  • @syncmaster710n14 From running over it? Please!

  • They spend millions in trying to get youngsters of there arse and then spend millions stopping them. This is what happens when you try and do something for free. I have personal experiences of un educated people stopping you from freely enjoying yourself.

    watch?v=mQULUUvZ-6Q&feature=channel_video_

  • PCSOs have no power or authority, its a scocial experiment to see if people will obey anybody in a uniform, this PCSO has been brainwashed by his training and supervisors to make him think he has power, even the real PC has no power over you, unless you consent or you have broken common law

  • He is trying to convince these kids of his power. Fuck social hierarchy. Anarchism!

  • LOL STUPID PIGS CAN'T ARREST FOR TRESPASS, TRESPASS IS CIVIL NOT CRIMINAL. AND NOBODY CAN BAN YOU FROM A PUBLIC HIGHWAY. THESE FAKE PIGS ARE FUCKING IDIOTS

  • stupid kids, thick as pigshit

  • hi im a cocky free runner who thinks im above the law... fucking idiots. you were tresspassing. that is illegal therefor you have committed an offence you fucking idiots.

  • Some of you are stupid! just because the public can go there it doesn't make it public property you know! It's known as private property that is open to the public!

  • CUNT FUCK SHIT

  • you're a dickhead.

  • BELLY

  • You're in the wrong. I would explain why, but I think the police just have.

  • private property, you dont want people dancing and singing outside your doorstep either.

  • i never take the side of the police i dislike them alot but to be fair if i owned the premises i would not like them hanging about its private property a case of

ya dont have to go home but you cant stay here

  • fuck private property #rootofallevil

  • Comment removed

  • Your voice is fine. It's cute.

  • "...These 'rich' claim they own land, and the 'poor' are often denied the right to make that same claim. A primary purpose of the police is to enforce the delusions of those with lots of pieces of green paper... Those in power rule by force, and the sooner we break ourselves of illusions to the contrary, the sooner we can at least begin to make reasonable decisions about whether, when, and how we are going to resist."

    ~ Derrick Jensen, 'Engame'

  • Fuck feds ! Wankers

  • remember you don't have to give them your details there is no law that says you have to give your details so next time don't it will really piss them off lol

  • @damalisomething i dont think idea is to piss them off as such, but to defend your rights as a member of a "free society". going around trying to get a reaction from coppers to post on the tube isnt doing the cause much good

  • @thatloser88 the fact is we don't live in a free society, the police are nothing but fools and trolls and there masters are the tyranny of evil.

  • These are good kids, keeping fit, not steeling, taking drugs or steeling. What harm are they doing or can they do to a damn wall. The dipstick is just a plastic policeman who thinks he's a policeman. He needs to go and find someone who is actually doing a crime, but he won't because he is to scared, he's just a bully. I'm 47 and think its great when kids do these urban sports, we should encourage them.

  • @borley65 You do realise that he has been called there because the OWNERS have complained about the teenagers presence. The PCSO is doing nothing but his job, and he is doing it well. He is not a bully, he is just doing his bloody job. These teenagers are all trespassing if the owners tell them that they don't want them on their property.

  • @HardnutJoe Chill out man! They're just kids.

  • its a civil mater.

  • it irritates me when smug twats put videos like this up expecting everyone to back them up! you are completely in the wrong! 'we havent broke the law' you FUCKING IDIOT you are trespassing and the owner doesnt want you there! look up trespassing you fucking stupid cunt. and sort your voice out! what are you gay?

  • Teenagers should be shot at the age of 12

  • Comment removed

  • @rower69er

What my comment is telling everyone is that I am clever with words and they cant belive you replied to it.....Thumbs up your Mmmm

  • If it is a private car park (owned by a coorporation) then you are wrong. If it is a public car park (owned by government for public use) then you can be there.

  • Sometimes police are jerks, but I think they were right here =/ Sry guys. Private property sucks . But the police has to do their job =/

  • and this is a prime example of why police should have more power, kids should never be allowed the time of day to tell someone in a position of authority "Just cause you've done the training don't mean you got the right to tell me the difference between the law". That camera should have been rammed up his arse way before he had chance to utter that incoherent nonsense.

  • Owners/Operators of private property have asked the police to make sure you leave (again) and you have the audacity to argue? Those cops were being nice and you should have just left. If I ask you to leave my property and you don't, I'll consider it an act of aggression and you'll see exactly what my response to aggressors is.

  • both the officers are right, they work to keep the peace, if there are teenagers free running in a place where they have been told its private property and they are not allowed there then the police have the right to ban you and arrest you if you go back. they were only arguing with you because you were being mouthy yourself pretending you know the law...

  • @TheToobyou and trespass is not a criminal offence

  • @icaptaincaveman there's nothing wrong with loitering in someone's front yard after them telling you to leave.... right.

  • @TheToobyou it's a civil offence and it has nothing to do with plod

  • @TheToobyou Great statement altho it holds no value in the situation.Tresspassing is a civil offence not a criminal offense you cannot be arrested for it because its not breaking the law (like playing music loud is a civil offence). An example of this is squatting which is completely legal in the uk, squatters need to be evicted, another example of this is Urban Exploration also completely legal.

  • @Gilbertronium You can be arrested for tresspass, there are many different forms of tresspass.

Perhaps you don't know of the word burglary?

example "A person is guilty of burglary if he enters any building or part of a building as a trespasser"

Obivously burglary won't fit here though.

And against the video you are on the border of private/public property. It is private but allows access which is readily available to MOP, but if your not wanted your a tresspasser. Eg banned

  • @supermancss not in the UK where this video is from. If you wiki burglary you get the full quote:

"A person is guilty of burglary if he enters any building or part of a building as a trespasser with intent to steal, inflict grievous bodily harm or do unlawful damage to the building or anything in it."

I dont see anything relating to parkour there...

  • @supermancss You cannot get arrested for tresspassing, I know because I was once exploring a derelict jet engine facility on MOD land and was caught by police who couldnt do anything since I didnt break any laws because tresspassing is not a criminal offence.

the only thing they can do is send you a letter to take you to court to then make it illegal for you to tresspass on their property (i cant remember the term for it)

  • @Gilbertronium Pystock?

  • just so you guys know, he was right. If it's private property and the owner bans you, then you can be arrested for it. It's private property and so the owner makes the rules and can ban whoever they want.

You're blaming the cops for something that the owners have said.

  • Sorry but a have 2 say PCSO'S are little hitlers with whistles , the country is falling apart !!! We ring 999 if we are in need we don't say " hey " help " aneed sum 1 from the saint Johns ambulance my wife needs a heart transplant !!! Or help "help my house is on fire " hmmm beter ring the water board " same as I say but even worse these ppl are a drain on our society they get a gud purse 4 their job !!! N they do fuck all , why not put the Money into summit that maters " like A big masive h

  • community support wankers :) i got given an anti social riding order for sitting in a park on my unstarted motorbike. CUNTS

  • in north america they would have already arrested you.

  • @wavular nah they would have shot them because they are trigger happy

  • @wavular

These are PCSO's (Police Community Support Officers) they don't have the power to even touch you, waste of tax payers money.

  • @wavular FOR WHAT REDNECK... TRESPASS IS NOT ARRESTABLE,, THESE KIDS ARE ON A PUBLIC HIGHWAY

  • @wavular In North america, they would have arrested you for breathing.

  • @rodjames98 true-in canada they just beat your ass, then politely ask you to move on,...if you can.

  • love the dark glasses these plastic cops lol

  • As a PCSO he can't go on the grounds of someone was unless he witness it himself - that's what I was under the impression of anyway

  • the 'real' police officer wasn't being loud because the other people weren't arguing with him like you was.

  • Freedom......Do you remember it.....
