i think UFC takes it for me mainly because i prefer MMA to boxing and prefer the gameplay... but in my opinion:

*I think the look of the game (cut scenes) are better in UFC, but fight nights game play has a nicer looking finish...

*Fight Night has better career mode...

I like UFC undisputed, but what really sucks about it, is that you get knocked out waaayyyy too easy. Like a few times in the 1st round one person can get knocked out in one punch. But in Fight Night Round 4 you can probably go every round depending on how you defend yourself and stuff like that so thats cool. I also like how much more customizable Fight Night is, but I don't know which game to choose they are both great in my opinion.

also they have this thing called online championship mode where u use ur created boxer and fight ppl all around the world & try to win a belt
