  • This is beautiful.

How long have you been playing?

  • Wait, so ukes are tuned differently depending on their size? i have a concert and tune it GCEA. That means all the chord combos are different to right? Sorry if this is stupid to ask, I just picked up a uke a few weeks ago and cant get enough of it! Great video by the way...your uke has a really clean crisp sound!

  • Very nice! Do you have steel strings on that uke?

  • @proudbanjoist

The baritone uke is tuned GDAE (same as the first 4 strings on a guitar. The G and D strings are silver wound over nylon (and produce a very warm base sound), the A and E are Nylon only.

    Thanks for the kind comments...

  • Thank you so much for posting--this is a great combination--one that I am looking into and that is how found your video. My granddaughter sings Celtic soprano ballads and is just about to learn to accompany herself. Your talent on the Uke is inspiring!

  • I liked this a lot! Keep it up!

  • What a lovely video! I really enjoyed listening to this fine video...it was awesome...5 stars!

    Peace!!

  • nice one John !

  • Very nice. I like that kind of music and I wish I had any talent whatsoever when it came to instruments.

  • Not bad - good to see you the other side of the Camera!
