It's worth bearing in mind that Tish the fag hag is a very early 'League' creations, who predates series three (I think she even appeared in the radio show). They needed a way to tie Tish in to the 'Legs Akimbo' plotline, so Camden Market was the most natural place for her to meet up with Phil (as well as being interesting visually).

This sketch isn't meant to be a devastatingly accurate parody of Camden Lock and it's residents - it's just a new spin on an old sketch.
