  • 1) Don't puff up your cheeks like that, it wastes energy.

    2) Try not to let go of any air, only breathe in as much as your comfortable with in the first place.

    3) Stop constantly looking at the clock. It will stress you out.

    4) Once you start getting contractions, if you try and count how many you can 'survive'. It can help the pain if you treat it like a game (hey, that rhymes).

    5) You don't have to do it underwater, sometimes it can be more comfortable in bed.

    6) Just relax, enjoy it :)

  • Is there a reason you only focus the camera on the face and not let us watch the stomach contractions as well? Can't you pull back enough to see his face and torso in the same shot?

  • @okuwater thanks! and we live in Florida and its been super warm its still in the 80's right now. but yeah the pool has gotten a little chilly but this one was actually filmed in a hot tub!
