He doesn't say it is in Drop C but he mentions that it is in standard D tuning with the low D tuned down to a C. Btw, the intro picking pattern is wrong and the 10-12 10-12 pattern is played as a hammer-on (1:14) :/ other than that though it looks pretty accurate.

@ptdatnurpipensmkit Thats a hair band, for pony tails. He keeps it there so that when hes playing solos he can pull it up to the 1st fret and prevent unwanted string noise. He talks about it in some of his other LL lessons.
