Here is what they don't tell you: the 'habanero sauce' is actually extract sauce. I am a chillihead and know the ruse here. The 'habanero sauce' they use is actually Mad Dog 357 Silver Edition (750,000shu). That means that the Habaneros, Nagas, Cerranos, etc. actually don't mean anything. The extract from the Silver Edition Mad Dog is what does it. Pouring extract sauce on something is just stupid. They are just trying to prove a point.

The 4 horseman burger doesn't taste good. The burger Adam got back then is NOTHING compared to the one now a days. packed with 3x more peppers makes the challenge a lot more harder to beat. I know cause I was able to eat 1/4 untill I started to cough and threw up. Burger is free if finished, if not, about $18. An extra $20 fee will be added if you puke on the floor :)

What's the point of adding jalapeños, serranos and habaneros? They, like the ghost chili (Bhut Jolokia) all contain the same active ingredient, capsicum, and the amount in the ghost chili completely swamps out the contribution of the other three.

The saliva is counter to the heat - is it the alkaline nature of it? Saliva counters the strong stomach acids and probably that's why it seems to help with peppers if given the chance.

Also people talk way too soon after the 1st bites and that only makes it worse.
