However this is the only episode I could stand, yeah Mega man X looks more nd adult but at least the animation was decent and at the end there was a couple o decent shooting scenes.

I really hate how the cartoon made the reploids look like they've been pre-programmed into doing specific tasks, such as how Vile claims that killing humans is in his programming and how X has to stop Mavericks at all costs. The point of the reploids was that they're supposed to be robots who were more human in every aspect, including free will. X didn't have to be a Maverick Hunter, just as Vile didn't have to be against humans since he never caught the Sigma virus.

Dear I don't think Sigma made a good choice in sending henchmen to get somthing as important as the Lightanium. I've played the first Megaman X game on the Wii virual console manytimes and Spark Mandrill is quite possibly the easiest boss to takedown without receving any damage next to Flame Mammoth and Chill Penguin just so as long as you have the ice beam, and Vile isn't that hard either and hes also the easiest to hit with the Hadoken Fireball.

Unwittingly Wily is responsible for the Maverick Virus which led to the defection of Sigma and the other Mavericks, Dr. Wily made Zero which contained the original virus.

It was intended to be a kind of sneak peak at a Mega Man X cartoon that never got off the ground (pity, really), so they may have intended to work on X's personality in his own series. The world will never know.

They screwed around with X's personality in this episode. And to be honest, I'm actually glad they never made a Megaman X cartoon. Because seeing how badly written this episode was, I can't say I expected them to have good writting in the series had such a show come to fruition.
