@N00BisHemmy No difference. Its all movement. Names was found from two different people. Just enjoy the movement, call it Parkour because Parkour sounds cooler :D Start from the bottom. Bottom means ground. Find your own way of moving. Learn from these videos if you have to, have fun, strengthen yourself, make goals, eat healthy, drink water, make videos of yourself, and share them with the world. ;D Hope this helped. Be careful man. Starting Parkour early can be a really good idea, but it can also be really dangerous. Don't do anything you're not completely comfortable with--trust me, i've got metal plates in my bones to prove it.

Some gyms may be happy to oblige. You just have to go check. But gyms like this are probably more accommodating in the UK.
