I love this programme. It conditions us to believe that the preparation of food is actually of critical and crucial importance. I doubt that the most acclaimed Neurologist on the Planet would make such a "meal" out of operating on his most challenging patient as some of these pretentious and self-important chefs do out of pandering to their taste buds and aesthetic sensibilities. This is not High Art. These people are not Artists. This is not a exact science either. Zero Respect accorded.
