On legendary, the best idea is to use the hornet and blow it up from the sky, but I managed to do my way on legendary. Only took 10-20 trys. :)
(and what's funny, quite a few of those were due to the AI getting blown up, and I wanted to do both from the passenger side of it, so I had to restart numerous times.
Here is my story of alternate ways of killing them. I rode the passenger side of the Hornet for fun, the AI flew me to the right one, I killed the brutes and Fuel rod hero, took his weapon and blew the core up, ran out to see the Hornet waiting for me, got back on, it flew me to second one, jumped off as it got blown up 3 seconds later by Fuel rod guy, blew up corewith fuel rod, jumped off, and ran a safe distance, then casually walked away as it blew up. SO DAMN EPIC.
I've done this before I watched the vid, and I'm glad you took the time to post it cuz everyone else who did it is too lazy. Still, I would have used a replay rather than making us watch it on your crappy tv.
Lol, that was on easy wasnt itxD teh brutes died WAY too easily (plays on heroic/legendary) xD it would of been better if u had more of a challenge i think =P but still cool XP
that was a sweet jump, but i noticed u were playing on easy... that or the AI for the brutes just wigged out cause they didnt see that jump coming... either way...
