An anonymous complaint of "He has kiddie porn on his phone" would not justify an immediate arrest and search of his phone...that would be unconstitutional. See the difference?

Anonymous complaint's are not constitutional you have the right to know your accuser! Bullhorns are perfectly legal within the correct hours and frankly you just got harrassed as a show of POWER,It sucks but you really need to prepare these days with a book of ordinances legislation specific to your activities and a copy of your constitution.Also speak to a constitutional lawyer who can tell you which ordinances trump the constitution and have his phone number on speed dial.Goodluck

If the caller that called in called 911 they are guilty of a real crime that carries up to a year in the country jail. Ask for the tape of the caller. If it was a false 911 demand justice!
