Pro is really easy, All-star is a bit of a challenge, but you can still win games like 12-1, Superstars pretty tough, The goalies are way too good and the game plays against you in every category. Great Game though XD

for some reason every time i play in the AHL 'be a pro' mode it defaults my players age to 19. When i play in the NHL 'be a pro mode' it shows the correct age. Is there a glitch or something that causes your pro to default to that age in the AHL mode?

if that happen wen u create ur player just go back and adjust it...08 did it to me..like i put my guy @ 6ft9 he defaulted to 5ft9 i went back fixed it and hes fine.

I love this game but there is just 1 thing I hate about it:

Penalties in Be A Pro mode...A lot of them against you and barely any for you. I have the penalty slider right in the middle...I've played 16 games so far in a season and only had 2 powerplays so far. Am I the only one having this problem?

yes there is line changes but you can switch it and be on the ice all the time and yes they shoot on you and score, i have mine set on pro and gameplay settings are just normal not turned up and its pretty competitive..sorry i cant spell be a pro is the shit!!

does the cpu ever shoot against you? I remember in nhl 07 the Comp wuld never shoot so like they would have 4 shots on goal all game, scroe on like 2 of those, so your goalie's stats would suck ass. Meanwhile i would have like 40 or 50 shots on goal. That annoyed me i hope thats not in this game.

Thanks man. Turnovers in this game are a hard thing for me to prevent. But it's all part of learning. So are the one timers. I thrived on them in NHL 2K8.

ill try to give u some pointers, to make it easier to score dont try alot of one timers unles u got good positions with them, try some wrist shots, they might be slow but they r more accurate then slap shots, nd always defend the front of ur net dont go after the puck carrier all the time, nd watch out for the turnovers
