If you watch the credits on the end, I believe you will have an answer.
You could also try reading the information about the clip. It's just as easy as leaving a comment, and sharpens your observational skills.

Very good work. This is one of those series that I've been thinking about picking up, but just haven't had the time or the money.
BTW, Viz, would it kill you to license this mangaka's previous work "Tokyo Crazy Paradise"?

I love that manga! I checked it out after running out of Skip Beat chapters to read...
While the anime to Skip Beat is a good adaption, the manga is soooooooo much better! Definitely read it! (I'm obsessed with it...)
