Hi rac0962 thanks for your compliment. I did open up several markets in other countries. I am not sure whether you want to know how to sign up people you already know overseas or you want to recruit people unknown. My experience is to start with people you know, either they already living overseas or they have contacts overseas. To sign up "strangers" by means of internet or worse, spam emails, doesn't work. You also have problem in helping them to success as well as duplication issue.
