Obama was a part of the Illinois state senate from 19972004 and the US Senate from 2004- the Present. Palin was the Mayor of a city that only had 7,025 people in it. She was the Governor of Alaska for 2 years, being elected in 2006. When it comes down to time in office they both have the smae amount of experience, but something tells me that being in the Senate prepares you for the job of president more then anything Sarah Palin did.

The fact that we will begin to drill will cause the price of oil to drop to where it should be - around $50.00 a barrel. Obama was a part of the Illinois state senate from 19972004 and the US Senate from 2004- the Present. Palin was the Mayor of a city that only had 7,025 people in it. She was the Governor of Alaska for 2 years, being elected in 2006. When it comes down to time in office they both have the smae amount of experience, but something tells me that being in the Senate prepares you for the job of president more then anything Sarah Palin did.

Bristol Palin: Pregnant at 17, high school studen, avid underage drinker.
What's messed up is Jamie's parents are blamed for her pregnancy citing they didn't pay attention to her, while govenor palin isn't getting any blame for her child becoming pregnant and underage drinking. Big double standard because she's running for VP

That is the difference between those of us right-of-center and those on the left --- we on the right DO NOT GIVE A DAMN about what the rest of the world thinks of our politicians -- for the socialist/communist governments of Europe and Asia (and the press lackeys) have no moral high ground to have any relevance.
