Yup that's right^^ To become a Phoenix you have to live in Europe^^ As you already said this is an European FC and we wanted to collect European fans at one place.. but we welcome every other fan as well :) currently we think about making the Multilanguage projects international^^ so all fans can participate :)

Yup of course you can register at Phoenix :) There are lots of areas that are accessible for everyone ;) we don't have only europeans there but fans from all over the world :) it's not totally locked xDD

And yeah after 2 successful projects we feel like we have to make it bigger^^ it's "multi"language after all.. :D so it would be great if we include some more languages next time^^ I think around November I'll start a new voting for the new song^^
