hi, great video, which materials would we use to make laptop bases/lids and what would be the mold making process, and pouring process - considering the cavities for usb ports power switches etc,
You can use both the Glove Molding or Mass Casting (with a parting line) System to create your mold. Please see our Mass Cast video, this would probably be the easiest of the two. Our Freeman 1085 Polyurethane Elastomer can be used to create your laptop base/lid prototypes.

hi there, i have 2 questions:
1>how these chemicals are dangerous to skin?
for example, if a drop falls in the skin, in an unprotected area or a failed part of a latex glove.
-some parts are show beign used gloves, others are not
2>in a warmer place, these chemicals may cure faster or slower?
-it's not possible to know local temperatures
thanks your attention
