I strongly believe that is all a good idea.

Equal freedom, equal rights, Safety, Better health.

I strongly believe that the U.S is doing a far better job then any other country not doing the same thing here on earth.

I feel too proud to be an American Citizen, I hope nothing stop the Government from doing the right thing but they are spending to much in a single year.

Glad to me an American well until they fuck up my life with a bull shit law.

@horris2 many smokers would use those technologies to help stop smoking. But you'll come to find they the cost of them is twice the price. The true cost is way less than smoking, but the taxs the government puts on them is what drives up the cost.

The governments makes law to try and force people to quit then turns around and taxs everything on the market that helps people.

Each and every year new laws for driving didn't know it was so complicated to drive, idiots. All in all these benefit govt, high class, undermine poor and blacks esp. in driving, keep things segerated socially and economically. The govt wants buisness to dictate civilians lives rights proof . So its nobles and aristicoltes congress, businessmen and there relatives taking over by making more laws each years thus becoming dictators.

So goverment keeps making laws to benefit law makers and their relatives that are going against the bill of rights. The economy hasn't improve and won't improve. Worried about trans fat oil as if pigs can't stop eating, overeating. It clogs if you're a hog that can't stop eating fat slobs but the govt doesn't stop cigar or tobacco companies from producing its products because they produce money for them, what hyprocisy however they do this.

we are free.

we still have rights.

but for smoking and things that would affect other people who don't want to be involved, they're taking precautions.

and we probably still are the most free coountry in the world. if we don't have laws, however, people get out of hand and people get hurt.

no actually Holand is the most free, you can smoke weed their, but to the point if a bar clearly states that it is a smoking area and if you still choose to enter the bar after clearly seeing a warning sighn then you are accepting theposibility of inhaling 2nd hand smoke, and its still the businesses decision to ban or not to ban smoking in the bar not the states
