@Type2much If you want closer types you'd have to find fusions like lounge, jazz house, disco, disco house, soft jazz, funk, nu-disco and so on... reason why they sound pleasing is because they are related in the sequence from time past evolve to what it is now : jazz >> funk >> disco >> house/lounge however there are types that uses other styles or like the example i gave onto mixed again with the older to make anew.
