JR starting off by stating the rules of the match, as well as them allowing you to run up the steps to get into the ring adds a little bit more realism. I also like the way they re-animated Jeff's entrance (in-ring anyways) and the Elevated Neckbreaker.

Overall, I'd have to disagree and say that I'm impressed. I will admit it is very similar to 08, but you can still tell the difference with the attention they paid to little details (like I mentioned earlier).

I can't wait to get this game!

I've got it. got it yesterday actually (xbox 360 version) and it is fantastic. so smooth, loads of features, HUGE roster etc. Glad I didnt give it a miss cos of the demo.

well i was very impressed w/ da demo because if you play a normal match on 08 then play one on 09 doesnt it feel so much smoother? more moves connect easier and it just feels better but thats my opinion.

ps. of course they are not gonna have caf, rtwm because thats how thq is they want u to buy the game to experience caf and rtwm (if didnt already know) nice vid btw

Oh yeah it definetly feels alot smoother. But the 08 games plays very smooth o 360 and on ps3 it feels very slow and sluggish at times. I am getting 09 when its out friday (unless i can find somewhere to break the release date and get it earlier) lol

of course there are differences and i am a true wwe fan i have bought every smackdown and smackdown vs raw game on release day. never miss a ppv or raw or smackdown etc. just the demo doesnt show much of what the new game wil have (RTWM, CAF etc)

Not in the demo but theres also no stamina i think its just set to easy for the demo. When you're knocked down you have to keep tapping X then as you stand up you have to press L1 or R2 to guard.

I'm not slagging the game off mate I'm just saying the demo doesnt scream at me "im great go and buy me" it feels just too samey (sp?) as 2007/2008. I'm not to sure about the season mode their hasnt been a decent season since Here Comes The Pain last years was the worst (I know the whole pulling Benoit from the game didnt help but still). I know what I'm like and I probably will get the game but just this demo doesnt make me want it anymore. Thats just my personal opinion.

I know its just a demo but the demo should make me be all excited and say 'cant wait for this game' but it doesnt. It should really just be the expansion pack SDVR08 never had so to speak.
