If you save your money bc you're afraid of an economic crisis... that's exactly how the crisis beings: Everyone is afraid to spend, business become stagnant, nobody sells bc nobody buys, therefore manufacturing companies do not produce, then they have lay off thousands of employees, who now have no money to buy anything, and that's how the crisis is created, by instigating Fear. So I would say, don't put the money away to rot, just spend wisely ;)
you forgot to tell that the Azure will be hosted over the Microshit machines where they will be able to get the whole info over your files and the programmers will have to pay to get access till the servers to develop the aplications.
