As you can see, the steering geometry in "kid's tricycles" is INHERENTLY UNSTABLE... RIDERS MAY SUSTAIN SERIOUS INJURIES!!!

A sudden jerk on one side of the handlebars pitches the rider to the outside, face first, and the tricycle lands on top!
