I love the Exotic Gardens at Roscoff - It's just around the corner from the ferry back to Rosslare, so an afternoon there rounded off my visit beautifully
@Paulmanorbier it is a wonderful place to while away a couple of hours waiting for the ferry back home isn't it We stayed near Carantec which is just down the coast. Brought back 2 "bottle brush" plants for our garden which sadly succumbed in the recent frosts.
You'd love it, such friendly people and fantastic food & wine! I deliberately took plenty of coastal photographs with a slideshow in mind but there is so much more to see.
It is absolutely stunning, we walked across Callot island, found parasol mushrooms near the beach. June seemed really early in the year but we cooked them with steak on the BBQ and lived to tell the tale.

I have never been to Euope yet, so that would be a trip of a lifetime for me. I would love to check that place out. Cheers

I often think of Britney, but this Brittany is far more accessible, pretty, and wholesome. I hope to visit there one day.
