  • should dat merc diesel not have been getting 35 mpg in de first place?

  • Here on this video, you have a diagram on the wiring will you poste it on your website, where did you get the relay and the PMW

  • You can insulate your tank from +/- polarities on the outside. Then, you can insulate the electrical hook-ups to the core plates. Don't make one of those fools videos of a cell explosion, because that will only set this whole thing back, as evidence that it is dangerous. It will take more but it will be worth it. If you use the manufacturing ideal like a company would, to make a product proffesionally, you won't go wrong. Get help if you can't do it alone. Don't do it wrong, to proove a point.

  • There's no way that clear plastic container is going to be able to withstand the 180-250 degrees that the plates will heat the water up to. I suggest a stainless steel container.

  • If your cell is getting that hot then you have too much electrolyte. You are also creating too much steam and/or boiling the water off. It is also pulling too many amps and reversing the effects of the cell. My cell runs a little over 100 F and boosted my mileage from 23 to 30mpg. Consistently.

  • Hello, congratulations !

I have a 1989 Diesel MB and would like to install a hidrocell too. Can you help me? I would like to follow your experience doing my own HHO cell and system. How can I save the videos you put on youtube?

    Tks a lot in advance,

    Jose

    Viña del Mar

    Chile

    South America

  • I'm sorry I don't have time to help people build there own. I am too busy building these for customers.

I don't know how to save videos. But just watch all the videos you can and just start building.

    Good luck

  • No you dont use STainless container ..Stainless + electicity? whats rong with you . You have to use PVC or acrilic , Hope that container is acrilic and not glass. your cell has to have netural plates and 2 teaspoons of NAOH OR KOH per gallon . Heat should be around 160-170 f.

  • hydrofuelsolutions . com

    all stainless

  • in case you need it

  • Are there any known problem the hho gen could possible have a car?

  • The cell could blow up if your not careful. But so does gasoline. Other than that I have seen nothing, but mine hasn't been on long. Check into the EFIE videos people have and information on the oxygen sensor.

  • I am experimenting so I can't help with any links, there are none. Chances are you won't make enough gas before you actually hurt your engine. Try to add a water trap and that will take out the 'if.'

  • after the air filter. Is there a limit to the amount that can be pumped into the diesel? from what i understand is there is little to no vac in diesel.... You installed it after the air filter but how far down the line is too far? I have a cell imm putting into my 07 cummins with 80K miles on it. Help in install would be nice or a link to do so.I will post when done with a scangauge and flip switch with cruise on to see instant digital results.

  • I'll be looking forward to your overall results on your diesel. Great job!

  • Install is done (see vid) MPG check should be this weekend.

  • Cool, I'm planning on a wvo & hho conversion on my diesel truck. Might I suggest a quick connect on the top of your cell for easier access when refilling unless it is a qc.

  • I'm doing the same thing! The hydrogen cell is in and working but the video I took is too big! So I have to do a retake tomorrow. I thought about a quick connect but mine comes out pretty easy. Stay tuned!

  • Install done (see vid) and MPG check should be by weekend.

  • Nice install, its kind of hard hooking those big wires onto the small 30 amp relay isn't it?

  • The relay wasn't as bad as the PWM, that thing is a PITA. Hopefully the ammeter shows up today or tomorrow *crosses fingers*.

  • Wow cool, a diesel car thats new. You got a tell us how it runs with hydrogen.

  • That will be in 'Part 2.' I have everything hooked up except the supply tube and ammeter. So the only piece I am waiting on is ammeter.

  • Install is done (see vid) and the car runs normal. Should have MPG numbers by this weekend.

  • pretty cool, I look forward to seeing your final installation and the results.

  • Final install done (see vid) MPG check should be this weekend.
