I have run a best of 8.67@ 82.9 nin the 8th with my Charger R/T which has shortys, high flow cats, flow master exhaust, true cai, and a custom tune and no spray. My biggest problem is traction out of the hole or catching second gear which hurts my times, I usually eat 2010 GT's and older alive! Good run my LX brother way to beat that 2 door pony car with a 4200lb sled!

I doubt the Magnum was spraying a 75 shot. My RT runs 7.7 in the eighth mile with a 100 shot which is about 1 sec faster than stock GT Mustangs.

@mazda6tuner99 If there is anything I like about Ford. its the Fox body mustangs and the New 5.0's.. as a Chevy Fan the new 5.0 are fucking incredible. lol but im trying to convince my mom to trade in her car for the new 2011 Charger RT cuz those are just beautiful.. not to mention 370hp with optional AWD

Sweet.  I got a Magnum myself but at the time the gas was getting ridiculous so I settled for the V6. I kick myself everytime I see an R/T!!! Maybe I'll just mod the hell out of it!!! LoL!!

wow ur cars stock except nitrous i bet! looked pretty dependent on tha spray, magnums looks great, but weigh to much, if i had one id probly slap it with some rims, beats, cold air, exhaust, tint, and call it good, shoulda gota evo, more bang fo yo buck when it comes to track time, what mods you got?

A new GT Mustang is, theoretically, faster than a magnum. The problem comes in the drivers. Most GT drivers get sticks, as if they can outshift a modern automatic... Thus, typically in these races the LX car will win against a mustang.
