  • @DARTISS51 Well I hate to say it...but not much. You can make some Kale chips, or eat some almonds. Also, drink some green tea. I also used to snack on baby carrots a lot too because they are kind of filling. I know it doesn't sound exciting, but you can do it...hang in there!

  • I'm going to try this. My biggest fear is the whole food situation because it has to be somewhat affordable to make. It looks good, though, or at least the 3 you showed did.

  • What type of protein powder are you using for the pink drinks?

  • @balmshell13  In the pink colored one I use Vanilla Whey protein powder. In the purple looking one I use Organic Hemp powder (I ordered it from Amazon.com)
