umm what about the biggest loser show everyone watches that and they don't say man 30lbs in one week is too much!! We don't lose that much in a week. Just keep up the good work. I am waiting on TOM to come and go before I start, but I can not wait.
@lizad777 I hadn't even thought about that show! So so true!!! The sad thing there is that the show is now getting bad publicity because the contestants are gaining weight after leaving the show. They claim that the show just drops them with no support when it's over. I pretty much feel like they should have learned something and should seek help if they notice they were gaining :( Can't wait to see your results when you get started :)
I've only told two people about taking hcg and the rest (including dh) think I am only counting calories. I had an ephedra scare with hospitalization a few years back and I knew my husband would not understand and forbid me. I feel bad deceiving him but I feel good about the research I have done and the countless success stories here and on boards. It is crazy that people never comment on the danger of being overweight but have no qualms about voicing their opinion about getting healthy.

But it is hard to explain the protocol to anyone and have them take your word for it. It does sound a little crazy, but geez it works! I am soooo glad that my husband and I are doing it together :)
Yea, just look at the list of approved weightloss drugs on the FDA (RECALL LIST). Can anyone say Phen Phen (death in pill form)? And nobody should be talking to your kids like that. That's grounds for a beat down (imo). We feel your pain and I bet you we all have dealt with that on some level. I told my wife and she's behind me 100%. But I'm so tired of people like that as well as the ones pushing the fake expensive drops on people. I'm becoming really bitter with these people. Stay strong.

Yes, I think it's a better plan to keep as vague as possible about what we are doing, although your fabulous results will get their attention. To me you look healthy, vibrant, FEISTY, so I don't think hCG could be doing you any harm. Your releases are incredible, and I especially congratulate you for doing this away from home - you have done this perfectly, under difficult circumstances. Really, well done!!

omg I went thru everything u have talked about! In the beginning, someone told my parents I was starving myself and injecting drugs. I also found out fast that if someone asked what I was doing I just say I follow a plan in a book called The weight loss cure and most people end it there. I only would go into detail for those who truly wanted the details and wanted to lose weight too. People will talk now behind your back...but will soon see how great u look and rly want to know everything!

I told him the truth & he told me that his sister had done it with great success. So a few people r really supportive, but my bad experiences make me leary of sharing TMI :)
