Download the latest GPU-Z program. Once the program is launched, click the top left and scroll down to quality. It will give you your quality percentage. Although I don't put much stock into that number as my 73% quality card runs much cooler and overclocks quite a bit faster than my 84% quality card.

I tried those settings on my card (Sapphire 7970) and Unigine Heaven ran great, except other games had a shitload of artifacts. My quality is 79%
