Il preludio 548 è meglio eseguito da  Chapuis con bravura , ma la fuga preferisco l'esecuzione di Richter.

Ahhh when I play bach I feel jealous of people with harpsichords and organs, and I am stuck with the stupid boring sounding piano because it has sound levels ... LOL

I immagine Bach used to play this piece the way Richter does:

serene tempo to listen any melodic line, use of both manuals and pedal expression. Contemporary organists play it in a hurry, as if they had to leave to attend another concert (or the bathroom)¡
