error is because it has not downloaded fully because you were blocked because you had not donated to nahoo.

for some reason the screen is off to the left and appears at the right so the right hand side of the normal game is actually in the middle of my screen. how do i fix this? it only happens when i run Dune/

westwood didnt devolope it...westwood published it and EA had nothing to do with this game. Westwood developed dune 2, dune 2000 is just a remake

Awesome! Finally, Dune again. Thanks for all of the comments and suggestions that helped. I had no problem installing and playing with no hickups. By the way, when you get to the screen that says to donate, just wait about 30 seconds and it'll move forward. Great game for anyone who's never played it!

I have a problem. the game screen is shifted so a 1/3 of it is in the right direction. but is shifted so far that the sceen pushed it on the outher side. so I have to scroll the mouse past the lift side of the screen and it shows up on the right side. any help because the dune game dosent have any resiloution fixers

i downloaded the game and it unzips and opens, but though i have the audio of the title menu, there is no images on the screen. i can move the mouse around and click on a button (if i happen to find one blindly) and im not sure how to handle the problem.

About the save issue... it's all random luck.

When I lost my saves, I deleted the game and downloaded it again and re-installed it. When I done that my saves where no longer getting deleted. Just keep trying.

Ok how do i install the game then so i do have to Unzip it each time i want to play. Because whenever i quit the game it i lose my save progress and i have to start from the beginning.

Step 1. Make a new folder in a Hard Drive.

Step 2. Unzip EVERY file into the new folder you created.

Step 3. Just double click on Dune2000.exe.

And losing save game progress? Hmm...

it works for everybody else... I THINK can anyone tell me if there having too saving?

BTW if you want to save go to the pause menu during a game and click save.

There should be a gold bar appear at the top of the screen...I made this video using XP so if you have mac or whatever I can't help you, on the other hand if you click normal connection and nothing happens not even a gold security bar then its probably a problem with you're own computer. : /
