  • Jackmove RULEZ and Sean Patrick rocks it out all night! Love y'all....Wish you could come to Florida sometime soon. I need a fix of some REALLY amazing ska.

  • Just saw these guys live @ The Jewish Mother. They put on a great show. HoOyAh VA Beach =) Wish they'd upload a studio version of their rendition of Sunday, Bloody Sunday

  • dude va beach represent! ive been going to their shows for a couple years

  • everytime pepole say "Local Bands" first band i think of is these guys, just too fucking good :)

  • i used to play with this band in my firt band ever. we loved every show we did with them. I miss Dennis and Keith and all those dudes. they brought it every night for people there to see them and for people who had no idea who they were. Best va beach band never to break out. ~Christian from famous last words

  • WHERE CAN I DOWNLOAD THIS? It's brilliant.

  • @cessna182tpilot

They really are a great bunch of guys, and damn fine musicians to boot! Thanks for the kind words, Chief!

If you want to download the video, there is a pretty easy way: Google MPEG Streamclip, and download the beta version (it's free, and as far as I can tell has no spyware/viruses). Just past this link into the program, and it will convert it into any file you need, and you can save it to your computer.

  • I just saw Jackmove @ the Jew Mom.. with the Pietasters.. o.O maghawd.! I think my pants got a little dirty on the inside... simply amazing live show. Jackmove's a high energy, tight band. anyone who loves ska would be proud to have their record in the collection.

  • i opened for these guys witha bunch of other bands

  • is that skamanda at 3:17?

  • @zacharyeh Yeah... she also gets out of the car earlier in the song

  • weird that i know and hate most of the rando's in this video...

    BUT! Jackmove kicks ass foreva

  • @libbren

Well, this particular "Rando" has no clue who you are, and I won't be losing sleep over that fact.

    BUT! Thanks for the comment.

  • Great show at Fats, All!!

  • If you don't like Jackmove, you're wrong.

  • Ha. I win. I work with Keith(trumpeteer)

  • Finally, a ska band with vocalists who don't have raspy ass vocals!

    :D

<3 Jackmove & Reel Big Fish.

  • Plenty of Ska bands have vocalists without raspy ass voices. That kind of thing is mainly a 3rd wave characteristic, and barely any of that is worth listening to. Ha ha.

And I'm not ragging on you. I totally agree with you that the Thomas Kalnoky (or however it's spelled) voice has overstayed its welcome.

  • Mmmm.. yeah, so I just mainly listen to two tone + RBF. I wish there would be a band as good as them.

  • haha, so true. streetlight manifesto, mighty mighty bosstones, even Less than Jake...kinda raspy. that's why I'm a big Sublime fan...vocals are freaking amazing. smooth as silk. even though they weren't fully ska.

  • It's hard to believe it's been 5 years since I've seen these guys. So glad to hear that they're still playing; this is one of the few cd's that I can never get sick of. They're fantastic.

  • Saw these guys live over summer vacation at the 31st street stage or something like that. It was a fun night, I even bought their "Choose Your Own Title" album for 10 bucks.

  • hell yeah i saw these evil mothers at alley katz for skalidays, they were by far my favorite there, everybody was getting into there music

  • Just caught them at the 15th Street Raw Bar.

If you haven't seen these guys live, you should. They're better live (Something rare among bands), and the energy is incredible.

  • i live in va beach and have met the band. they have a different drummer thaen in the video. my brothers friends with them and i know where the drummer works. isn't that cool.

  • Yep. Sure is.

But yeah, this was made when Scott was the drummer. The old days.

  • i know that but still . the drummer now is named Rob. hes pretty cool. he gave me a free milkshake once.

  • How come at the Toasters show, it wasn't Rob playing? Was he sick or something, because on their myspace it still says Rob is their drummer, so was he just a substitute for that show? Either way, I love these guys.

  • i dont know where rob was. all i know is hes there drummer still. i dont go to all there shows.they played at silverdinner once.

  • Jackmove fuckin rules! Great video! I'm so mad I haven't been able to catch any of their shows. Damn parents!

  • miss clicket a video. and i end up here. went. WOW. 5/5 and favorite. Hi From Denmark

  • Thanks for the kind words, my friend. Much appreciated.

  • Jackmove is pretty much the most awesome ska group from this area! They're all so nice and willing to talk about their music and just chill. Gotta love them RudeBoys!

  • i live in virginia beach va and saw them in PERSON and MY BFFL NOWS THE DRUMMER

  • these guys are hardly a punk band, more like third wave ska

  • fuck off bro you dont no shit about any of the band members this i good music if you dont like it dont fucking comment it

  • i like these guys u dumshit, ive seen them several times.

and ill comment on whatever the fuck i want bitch.

  • chill dude, he said nothing about not liking them, he only said this song does not sound punk

  • For the most part, you're right. But really, third wave ska is just the american-punk inspired version of the true genre. That's the main reason we filed it under punk as well. Plus, a few of their songs really pack a punk-inspired sound explosion. Glad you like the music, and never mind the guys who jump the gun. Shit happens.

  • I love Jackmove they're pretty much amazing. Even though I don't live in Virgina Beach.

  • Great song....

    Chance looks super different...

The sound Jordan makes at the end when he falls is hilarious...

  • You guys fuckin rule!!! The have nots, Pittsburgh Pa

  • its cool, if your local, then you know everywhere in the video. the jewish mother etc.

  • atlantic avenue

  • woah! weird, i just came across this again, and punkandska66 is my old file. I had family guy videos on it so they kicked me off, funny. Oh well.

  • i just saw them at the jewish mother a week ago, it was a sick show, they played with murphy's kids and this crap band called 10 minute high. and then there was this random guy with an acoustic, it was weird.

  • it was my first show when i saw them. they pley with the(english)beat.

  • i saw them live in norfolk

  • awesome song:-)
