he is talking about duchene muscular dystrophy (hope i spelt duchene right lol) unfortuneatly that does cause the lifespan to be shortened, i have lost a few school friends to that disability

Can you offer any info the treatment of Lambert-Eaton Myasthenic Syndrome? I am 36 years old and have had LEMS for 5 years,=. I have tried all immunosuppresants (Pred, Imuran, CellCept) and currently fnishing a year of IVIG...nothing has worked. I'm on 3,4 DAP and Mestinon..they work but still very very weak. Docs want me to try Rituxan next but sounds risky. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
